Itinerary Overview

Day One: The adventure commences following breakfast, typically around 8:00-9:00 AM. Participants will spend 7-8 hours exploring the national park in search of orangutans and other fascinating wildlife. Engagement with local flora will occur as participants learn about various plant species and their traditional uses. A midday pause for a satisfying lunch and refreshing fruits will precede the journey to the campsite. Upon arrival, participants may enjoy a well-deserved rest, beverage options of tea or coffee, and potentially a dip in the cool river. In the evening, a delectable dinner will be served, followed by interactive card games and jungle tricks with the guide before settling in for the night amidst the enchanting sounds of the jungle.

Day Two: After a fulfilling breakfast, participants will embark on another 7-8-hour trek into the national park. While searching for the iconic orangutans and diverse wildlife, participants will deepen their understanding of indigenous plant species. Following a refreshing lunch and selection of fresh fruits, the group will continue to another campsite, where they can unwind with tea or coffee and take a revitalizing swim in the river. The day will conclude with another enjoyable dinner followed by engaging games and storytelling with the guide.

Day Three: Following breakfast, the trek will continue to the next campsite, where participants will spend the night immersed in the tranquility of nature.

Day Four: The journey will persist with additional exploration as participants trek to yet another campsite, appreciating the beauty of the national park and its wildlife along the way.

Day Five: On the final day, participants will enjoy a satisfying breakfast and a refreshing swim in the river. Following a leisurely lunch at the campsite, the group will prepare for an exhilarating tube rafting adventure down the river, culminating in a return to Bukit Lawang.

Pricing Information:
The cost for this adventure is 250 Euros per person. 
– Minimum Participants: 2-3 individuals.
– Maximum Participants: 4-8 individuals.

– Permit to enter Mount Leuser National Park obtained from the PHPA Office (ranger forestry), including camera tax.
– Special permission from the Bukit Lawang Guide Association.
